Every course, ebook and resource sold on Planet Academy is digital. We do not ship any physical items. There are no shipping fees, no waiting times and no customs.
2. When you get access
Access is granted automatically as soon as your payment is successfully processed. You can start learning immediately from your dashboard.
3. How you get access
You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and a direct link to the product. The same products are also available inside the "My Library" section of your dashboard at any time.
4. Lifetime access
Once purchased, your courses and ebooks remain in your library for as long as your account exists. You can re-download or re-watch them anytime.
5. Trouble accessing a purchase
If your access link doesn't work, the email didn't arrive, or you can't see a purchase in your dashboard, contact our support team and we'll resolve it within one business day.
